LogiCall is not a telehealth solution using a virtual physician. By seamlessly integrating with a patient and care provider’s smart device, calls are securely coordinated and documented, without downloading apps.

Reception Call

The patient calls their regular provider’s phone number to reach the practice front desk or triage line, where they undergo the usual assessment and triage procedures.

Provider Alert

The provider receives a text alert for a care request. LogiCall sends the patient a text message with a virtual encounter link while the provider joins at their convenience. There are no apps to download.

Secure Encounter

LogiCall records the call and tracks the duration. Audio is automatically recorded for patient retrieval and then transcribed for chart documentation. After the call, the patient receives a secure link for repeat listening.

Document & Bill

LogiCall sends the audio file and/or transcribed encounter summary to the practice. The medical biller uses the visit summary to submit a claim for the encounter.
