He has a strong track record of building dynamic teams, successfully penetrating new market opportunities, growing market share with strategic acquisitions, and developing award-winning products. Prior to joining LogiCall, Brian served as Chief Operating Officer of Assure Holdings and Chief Executive of Health Language. He also held senior level positions within Health Fidelity, Cyber Solutions, and Carlyle Golf, culminating in exits to strategic acquirers, PE and IPO.
Marc Horowitz is a healthcare technology executive with more than 30 years of experience starting and growing innovative companies. He was on the founding team of Healthcare Communications (formerly Cloverleaf) and was the co-founder and senior vice president of Health Language. In his most recent role, Marc was a senior executive at Clinithink, whose revolutionary technology searches and interprets unstructured clinical narrative within medical records. Marc has a strong track record of leadership in companies at various stages of growth, and a deep understanding of the healthtech landscape.
Dr. Michael Yuzefovich is a highly skilled obstetrician and gynecologist at Memorial Healthcare System. He specializes in the management of high-risk pregnancies with a focus on complex obstetric situations including pre-eclampsia, fetal growth restriction, and high-order pregnancies. Having served as a Clinical Professor at George Washington University, where he imparted advanced laparoscopic techniques to a multitude of medical professionals, Dr. Yuzefovich has demonstrated his expertise and leadership in the field. Additionally, he played a pivotal role in establishing and overseeing the Gynecology Department at Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia, and was the founder and president of Millennium Pregnancy & Gynecology.

She has served in leadership roles within various organizations including business technology, life sciences, medical device, and health technology verticals. Michele has a proven track record of building strong Finance and Human Resource teams, financial modeling, implementing SOX internal controls, and ensuring federal, state, and local regulatory compliance within multi-state and international business environments. She is well versed with respect to Human Resource functions including multi-state payroll, benefit plan design, compensation plan design and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining LogiCall, Michele was the Vice President Finance and Human Resources at Health Fidelity which was acquired by Edifecs in December 2021.

With an MBA in Healthcare Administration, an MPA in Public Policy, and a Certificate in Real Estate Investments from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, she possesses a unique blend of knowledge that spans healthcare, policy, and strategic management. Judith's strategic vision and forward-thinking approach have redefined physician recruitment, ensuring that the organization remains at the forefront of patient-centered care. Dr. Gerard Brogan is an Emergency Physician with over 30 years of experience in the Department of Emergency Medicine where he conducted research focused on novel diagnostic markers for myocardial injury/infarction. He has worked for Northwell Health for over 25 years and held positions such as Vice President Emergency Services, Medical Director, Executive Director, Medical Director of Revenue Operations, Professor of Medicine, and Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Along with his work experience, he was a past president of the New York State Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians. Dr. Brogan has authored numerous studies, publications, and book chapters in the area of Acute Coronary Syndromes.
David Schwartz is a lung specialist, geneticist, and Distinguished Professor of Medicine and Immunology at the University of Colorado. He currently serves as Director of the Program to Advance Physician Scientists and Translational Research. Previously, he served as Chair of Medicine at the University of Colorado and Director of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences at the NIH. Dr. Schwartz has made numerous contributions toward understanding the role that biological and genetic determinants play in the onset of diseases that are influenced by the environment. These efforts have provided new insights into the genetics, epigenetics, and genomics of lung fibrosis, asthma, and infections.
Tielman Van Vleck is an analytical healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience. He earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University where he studied the use of Natural Language Processing (NLP) for identifying patient features from clinical notes, with his thesis focusing on the development of machine learning models to summarize critical aspects of the patient history. He co-founded HealthLeap followed by his involvement in beginning Clinithink, where he served as Director of Clinical Analytics. After two years, he shifted to start two other companies outside of healthcare. Currently, Tielman is Director of Clinical Linguistics and Data Science for the BioMe Phenomics Center at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai where he researches AI-based clinical decision support.
